About Us & What We Do​

Hello from Clarkisan Crafts and welcome to our website!  Simon and Mary Clark work together to create bespoke, handmade gifts made from recycled, upcycled and repurposed items to create beautiful gifts. Our workshop is in the stunning county of Worcestershire.

 

We began with decoupage ceramic coasters because we were fascinated by the technique and how different products worked such as the adhesive and the sealants - trust us, there were lots out there to try - many claiming water, scratch and heat resistant. It took us some time to find products that truly did work.

Following on from coasters was the "New Home" welcome gift box, an idea of one of our boys who had just taken up a role as a mortgage advisor - he wanted something unique to give to his customers when they moved in instead of the usual bottle of wine. The gift boxes were a hit and a new product line was born. Today our gift boxes form the heart of what we do - all are unique - made specifically for that special person. They are curated using our own handmade products and those of other local crafters to meet the requirements of our customers.
